In 2019, Andrew Gower voiced the character Luke in the BBC Cymru Wales production of Tracks, a multi-award-winning conspiracy thriller written by Matthew Broughton. Season 4, called Tracks: Indigo, spans ten episodes and was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and also Podcast between 28 October and 8 November 2019 with a new episode every day. It was repeated in late October 2020 in time for the release of season 5 Tracks: Abyss.
Tracks (the first season was later renamed Tracks: Origin to avoid confusion) was initially released on 9 August 2016 and followed by prequel series Tracks: Strata in 2017, set 36 years before the events of the first installment, and the sequels Tracks: Chimera in 2018 (starring Hattie Morahan as Dr Helen Ash) and Tracks: Indigo. The final season Tracks: Abyss came out in 2020.
Dr Helen Ash is involved in a road accident. But where was she going in such a hurry? And why can’t she remember?
The answer lies in the riddle of Helen’s daughter, Frances, who’s older than she should be. And a mysterious ‘child-mother’, who’s younger than she should be….
Romola Garai returns as Helen Ash in the compelling fourth series of Tracks.
